What is the difference between epoxy grout and cementitious grout?

Epoxy grout (80 MPa compressive strength) is three-component, zero-shrink, and chemical-resistant — ideal for heavy machinery and chemical plants. Cementitious grout (60 MPa) is simpler (just add water), more economical, and suits general equipment foundations and column base grouting.

Can epoxy grout be used for machinery foundations?

Yes. Our Epoxy Grout XQ-GJ-E is specifically designed for precision equipment installation including turbines, compressors, and CNC machines. It achieves ≥80 MPa compressive strength with zero shrinkage and self-leveling properties for gap-free load transfer.
